Welcome to the Verisae Contractor Administrator eLearning.

Tesco Maintenance are making some important changes to the invoicing procedure for contractors working on the maintenance of distribution centres. These changes will help us better manage our costs, make the payment of invoices more efficient and reduce your administrative workload.

We are in the process of moving works order and invoice payment processing to Tesco Maintenance Ltd. In the first phase of this your orders, invoices and payments will be processed by Tesco Maintenance Ltd (instead of Tesco Stores Ltd) and these will be managed via the Verisae application.

Verisae is a web based system which is responsible for all the works orders, order approval, time and parts monitoring, planned maintenance and self-billing invoicing within Tesco Maintenance. So, the Verisae system which is currently used to manage stores maintenance billing, will now be extended and used for maintenance work orders relating to Distribution Centres.

This e-learning book has been produced to help guide you through the changes and ensure a smooth transition to the new self-billing procedure for Distribution Centres. The guide is designed to help existing users of Verisae and those contractors who have not previously used the system. There are dedicated tutorials for contractor administrators and site-engineers.

The training modules cover the procedure for handling different types of maintenance work order within Verisae. There are also lessons on how to submit estimates for work and administrator tasks such as adding users and updating your Company details. We will demonstrate the use of the mobile device application as a tool for engineers working on-site.
