System prerequisites

To process works orders through to invoice in the live Verisae system, there are some pre-requisites:

• You will need access to the application via a browser connected to the Internet
• You should add the Verisae URL to your internet explorer bookmarks/favourites
• You must check that pop-ups are allowed in your internet explorer settings
• You must have a valid Tesco contractor administrator login
• Your engineers must be trained to use the mobile application (Verisae Mobile also has some pre-requisites for use)
• Your contract rates and prices must have been approved by Tesco Maintenance and have been set up in the system
• Your self-billing agreement must have been signed and must be up to date
