Verisae mobile is an on-line application which is available on your mobile device. The application gives information about your work orders and allows you to log your on-site maintenance visit.
This eLearning site demonstrates how to use the application and how it can be configured to help manage your work order administration. The eLearning can be referenced at any time from your mobile device and movie tutorials have been structured to give quick reference on a topic, at the time and point of need. We have included some more advanced demonstrations which may be useful once you have become more familiar with the application.
Lessons show how to navigate and customise the mobile application and make full use of the features available. The lessons also give guidance on procedures which apply to engineers before, during and after completing a job on Tesco premises.
The eLearning site includes frequently asked questions regarding the use of the application. The site closes with a test, to help assess your understanding of Verisae Mobile and who it should be used.
